JOB PURPOSE
As the Digital Product Manager for Connected Wellness Technology, you will pioneer our app strategy that synchronizes with our line of physical hardware products. Your unique blend of strategic thinking, UX/UI aptitude, and monetization insights will be pivotal as we bridge the digital-physical divide in wellness technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OTHER DUTIES
Strategic App Development: Conceptualize and drive the strategic direction for our suite of wellness apps, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals and vision.
Hardware Integration: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of apps with our line of connected hardware products.
Monetization Strategy: Identify opportunities and strategies for mobile app monetization while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
Cross-Product Synergy: Recognize and develop efficiencies in app development across multiple product categories and brands, ensuring consistency, reduced costs, and enhanced user journeys.
UX/UI Leadership: Guide the UX/UI design efforts, ensuring that the user experience is intuitive, engaging, and in line with our brand ethos.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with ability to quickly extract key insights from data-sets
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver KPIs and data-driven analysis
Good understanding of SDLC, Scrum and Agile frameworks; ScrumMaster certification preferred/nice-to-have
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional, global teams and drive initiatives to completion.
Demonstrated proficiency in modern UX/UI design principles and tools.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
