Digital Product Manager

MetroNational is transforming its digital experience for our residents, tenants, visitors, and employees. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing various platforms, including digital experience, CRM, and integrating systems into a unified client digital experience. This role requires a strong background in product delivery and experience with SaaS platforms. Experience with CRM systems is a bonus. The candidate should have at least 3+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage, track, develop and enhance digital experience platforms to improve user engagement and satisfaction through research, intuitive design, and user testing.

· Create seamless unified client digital experiences for customers and employees through integrating various platforms.

· Implement, integrate, roll out, and manage new CRM, intranet, and other future digital platforms.

· Conduct market research and analyze feedback to inform product development decisions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a liaison between technology and business groups to ensure seamless product delivery, alignment, and effective communication.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in product development and SaaS platforms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product development and integration.

EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree, advance degree a plus. 
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems or Real Estate and Property Management industry is a plus.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 

• Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, intranets and CRM systems.
• Proven track record in managing products from conception to launch.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and an innovative approach.
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in product development and SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and related technologies.
• Ability to effectively interact and collaborate with technology professionals, vendors and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
