BidFTA is looking to hire a product manager with experience in helping to test and support great software. This is a hybrid opportunity in Newtown, Ohio at our headquarters and main processing facility. In this role you will be responsible for the feature development, design, and documentation for our internal operational applications.


We are looking for someone who works well with a team and who is passionate about building and maintaining great software that improves both our customer and employee experiences. Responsibilities

  • Become the expert on our internal and operational applications
  • Create and maintain feature documentation, wireframes, and design
  • Write cross-functional literature like support and training documentation for multiple audiences
  • Test features and document feedback in a warehouse environment
  • Review user feedback and prioritize changes with development teams
  • Manage product roadmaps and deadlines
  • Support product development through: Scoping, Development, QA, Release, & Rollout

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, or similar role
  • Enjoys working and collaborating with others on a team
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment or with consumer packaged goods
  • Familiarity with development of both mobile and web applications
  • Ability to manage work using tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence
