Overview

The Associate Production Operations Manager is responsible for the purchase order and shipment tracking processes for our Lucky Brand DTC business to ensure we meet our calendar delivery dates. This individual will create, review and maintain purchase orders within our order management system. Additionally, the position will work cross functionally with our Production, Merchandising, Planning team, Logistics team and Distribution Center team as well as with our external vendor partners.

Responsibilities

•Liaison with vendors, and Merchant, Planning teams for business specific requirements. Example required stickers/hangtags on garments/ stickers on poly bags/cartons dimensions/ markings.
•Facilitate communication between internal cross-functional departments and factories/vendor base regarding PO creation and revision / maintenance.
•Publish POs for DTC Seasonal Buys.
•Review and take necessary actions to resolve issues or order discrepancies including correcting errors, date changes, PO splits, balance clean ups, etc.
•Oversee the shipment tracking of product from factories to our DC facilities to ensure on-time delivery and partner with merchandising/planning team regarding any delays impacting the on-time shipping and receipt of product.
•Create, generate and review daily/weekly reports on orders, logistics and production priorities.
•Able to help troubleshoot production and systems issues, propose solutions, and drive for timely resolution.
•Understand, adhere, and drive calendar deadlines for product flow.
•Understand and ensure compliance to SPARC business operations and policies.
•Able to help analyze and report seasonal business to manager and above.
•Build strong partnerships and collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications


•Bachelor degree
•Must have Wholesale expereince
•Minimum of 2-3 years of prior production / supply chain operations experience
•Basic understanding of logistics/shipping
•Systems savvy and computer proficient; Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel.
•Knowledge/experience with Full Circle, Garpac/AS400, NGC, Microstrategy systems.
•Highly motivated, self-starter.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong project management and time management skills.
•Process oriented, detail oriented, flexible and organized.
•Team player.
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to business needs in a fast paced environment
•Travel may be required, based on business needs.
•Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
•Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
•Must have authorization to work in the United States.
•Travel may be required, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to reach at or below shoulder level
• Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.\
