This position requires an experienced, strategic leader and visionary Antenna Product Manager. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will be part of the team thatΒ defines and brings to market critical antenna technology and products for use in a wide range of positioning, navigation, timing and communication applications.

Location: Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Torrance, California.

Responsibilities

As Antenna Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Long term vision, strategy and multi generation roadmap for Hexagon antenna roadmap for existing and new applications and customers
  • Working with the sales and business development team to develop a common strategy of the antenna portfolio to maximize the value proposition of Hexagon's Antcom and NovAtel antenna products across numerous vertical markets
  • Creation and evaluation of business plan and market requirement documents to achieve portfolio financial targets
  • Owning the antenna portfolio strategy and roadmaps and responsible for presenting business cases in front of executive leaders
  • Acting as the representative of the end-user for roadmap definition within the company
    Defining requirements including use cases for new antenna products and technologies
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop and bring to the market the most innovative antenna portfolio
  • β€œGo to market” strategy and marketing message for product marketing collateral
  • Gather the information and get agreements among company stakeholder for business models, product positioning and pricing strategy
  • Analyze and report key portfolio KPIs to steer business decisions
  • Evaluate competitive products and technology trends
  • Accountable for the success of new product launches
  • National and international customer visits to understand customer challenges and future needs
  • Represent Hexagon at tradeshows and conferences

Qualifications

Must-Have:Β 

  • Degree in Business, Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferable with a hardware focus
