Stretto is hiring an AI Product Owner.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze and capture product requirements in close collaboration with Product Team Lead, Business Analysts, and other Product Owners.
- Build trusted partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization to elicit business requirements and develop a deep understanding of user needs.
- Assess and anticipate issues, risks, and business impacts and participate in the development of business cases.
- Present and guide stakeholders through trade-off decisions and prioritization to define requirements with clear alignment to business goals.
- Translate business requirements into documentation for the engineering team including writing functional requirements, specifications, flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with scrum master, engineering team, and product design team to manage and communicate backlog priorities, feature scope, facilitate sprint planning, and resolve delivery issues.
- Contribute to product demos, release documentation, and go-live activities.
- Define and track success metrics for new features/enhancements in collaboration with the Product Team Lead.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance product features and improve user experience.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions into the product roadmap and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement these solutions.
- Develop AI-powered tools for document processing, data extraction, and analysis in legal contexts.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in decision-making and measuring product outcomes.
- Creative and resourceful problem solver.
- Strong understanding and practice of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on collaboration with engineering teams.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions.
- Experience with AI model training, real-time indexing infrastructure, and compliance certification for search audit trails a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools for scraping handwritten documents and integrating AI solutions for document processing.
- Legal tech experience a plus.

The annual salary for this role is currently $80,000.00-$100,000.00. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members.
