Description

RH is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Product Management to drive our digital presence and lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborating across departments to deliver an integrated, seamless and engaging online experience for our customers. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our digital growth and play a key role in advancing our brand’s online experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESΒ 
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish product priorities, goals, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Define, drive, and evolve the website product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital initiativesβ€”from ideation and design to development, launch, optimization, and growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team of product managers with a focus on innovation, execution, and measurable results
  • Partner across engineering, UX/UI, business intelligence, and stakeholders to streamline complexity, remove blockers, align efforts, and deliver customer focused solutions
  • Continuously improve website performance through data analysis, user feedback, and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversions
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to support digital marketing efforts, maintaining brand integrity, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
  • Manage digital product budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and maximizing ROI for web initiatives
  • Oversee vendor partner relationships, evaluating solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with website enhancement goals
OUR REQUIREMENTSΒ 
  • 15+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital and eCommerce products in the retail industry (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of service, innovation, and accountability
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, consumer-facing web initiatives that drive measurable business growth
  • Deep understanding of website product management best practices, including SEO, site search, CMS, UX/UI design, A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Snowflake, MicroStrategy, Salesforce) to track KPIs and make data-informed decisions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
