As a Product Manager lead for Navigation and Wayfinding, you will own strategy and the end-to-end product life cycle β€” from vision through launch and ongoing iteration.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop product strategy and vision that delivers measurable value to customers.
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build a framework for success metrics β€” including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability β€” and track performance over time.
  • Establish navigation governance and decision-making mechanisms that scale across distributed teams.
  • Define and steward navigation and wayfinding standards that measurably improve findability and accessibility across web and mobile.
  • Anticipate and shape evolving navigation paradigms β€” such as assistive experiences and previews β€” by testing concepts and translating insights into roadmap decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced understanding of product development, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Track record of driving measurable customer experience improvements, with emphasis on findability and wayfinding outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience owning information architecture strategy β€” including taxonomy, labeling, and hierarchy β€” for complex authenticated digital experiences.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from analytics, research, and partner inputs into clear priorities and roadmaps.
  • Executive-level communication skills, including presenting progress, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering on platform constraints, dependencies, and quality considerations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience owning navigation, wayfinding, or information architecture for complex, multi-journey digital products across web and/or native mobile.
  • Background in building or stewarding design systems and pattern libraries, with demonstrated adoption across multiple product teams.
  • Strong proficiency in findability measurement β€” including navigation telemetry, search-as-navigation signals, and task success metrics β€” and using those insights to drive change.

  • Familiarity with assistive or conversational experiences, and working knowledge of artificial intelligence and large language model concepts and applications.
