Description

This role will be focused on the strategy and management of digital products and benefits supporting the Dining and new Lifestyle, Experiences and Content pillars within Connected Commerce.Β 
Β 

As a Vice President, Product Manager - Dining, Lifestyle & Experiences, you will be at the forefront of pioneering exciting integrations and developing new benefit fulfillment channels for Infatuation and Chase customers. Your role will be focused on the strategy and management of digital products and benefits supporting the Dining and new Lifestyle, Experiences and Content pillars within Connected Commerce. Additionally, you will be responsible for building relationships with both internal and external partners, working on projects with senior leadership, and showcasing excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including but not limited to: compliance, business operations, legal, engineering, design, data and analyticsΒ 
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, plan strategically and collaborate with executives to develop and execute strategies.
  • Run an effective and tightly organized controls environment
  • Monitor against goals, identify and scope paths for needed enhancements, and create remediation plans when needed
  • Manage product backlog, production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization
  • Lead ideation, refinement and execution of digital dining benefits strategy for Chase Dining and Lifestyle Experiences and ContentΒ 
  • Manage long-term roadmaps with all stakeholdersΒ 
  • Serve as relationship manager with existing external partners and work with product teams on prioritization of functionality for integration
  • Partner with Chase Corporate Development to identify and engage with new platforms and functionalityΒ 
  • Participate in Chase Insights and Data Analytics work to leverage channels to test, validate and measure strategy progress and usage against goalsΒ

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 6+ years experience in digital product, marketing, strategy, or business development - blended backgrounds are welcomeΒ 
  • You can effectively manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time by being pro-active, action-oriented and results oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • You are constantly inclined to connect the dots between initiatives
  • You have strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytics skillsΒ 
  • You are skilled at creating compelling presentations for leadership and providing clear recommendationsΒ 
  • You desire to create an inclusive environment for all stakeholders
  • You demonstrate strong networking skills and thorough follow-up
  • You show an ability to understand the big picture, while paying attention to the details
  • You are passionate about understanding consumer needs and building digital products within the dining/travel/lifestyle space
