About The Role
As Vice President, Annuity Product Management at Corebridge, this role is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing management of Retirement Servicesβ annuity products to ensure consistent delivery of profitable offerings that are valued by customers. This role includes collaborating with key internal and external partners to lead the development and rollout of new and enhanced products based upon understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Minimum of 15 years of progressively more responsible product management positions within financial services, ideally with significant experience in the annuity business.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Strong track record of successfully developing and managing financial products to achieve sustainable increases in revenue and profitability.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to drive tangible results. Able to provide market vision and leadership to drive product development.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Ability to successfully blend strategic market leadership and product management skills with a line operating management foundation.
Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines while consistently delivering business results.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000 [CA & NJ] at the commencement of employment.Β Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidateβs geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financialβs Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
This position can be designated as remote.
