The Senior Product Owner owns all aspects of their technical products, leading business value creation and managing overall product health. The TPO applies specialized product knowledge and expertise to understand business and technology objectives, communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritize and translate needs into requirements that ensure that expected outcomes are achieved.
7+ years of relevant work experience, technical and product ownership.
Experience in Healthcare (preferably claims).
5+ years of experience in software development.
2+ years of work experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Good Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Ability to negotiate the product enhancements with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers to make the right trade-off decisions.
Experience in agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Exemplifies teamwork and serves as role model. Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels.
Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.
Understands key business objectives and strategy of the product.
Recognized as a role model in Agile practices.
Healthcare industry experience.
