What You'll Actually Do

Drive strategic product initiatives: Contribute to strategic initiatives and support broader product group goals while aligning product objectives with business goals and roadmap planning.

Lead product discovery: Manage discovery efforts including concept development, investment case creation, and user research validation while using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.

Own product capabilities: Manage product capabilities and features within product group while creating clear documentation including roadmaps, release plans, PRDs, and user stories.

Facilitate agile delivery: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities while monitoring product performance and user feedback for future roadmap considerations.

Champion user-centric design: Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met while continuously assessing product performance and iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes.

Develop team capabilities: Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product management best practices while participating in cross-functional presentations and strategic planning.

What You Bring to Our Mission

The product management foundation:

• 7+ years experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proven success managing product features or capabilities from ideation to launch
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

The strategic expertise:

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle from ideation through deprecation
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, PI Planning)
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategy

The technical competencies:

• Experience in design thinking methodologies to understand user needs and generate innovative solutions
• Knowledge of SaaS software development practices with creative problem-solving and strong technical skills
• Passion for improving and simplifying healthcare user experiences through technology

The leadership qualities:

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to synthesize user insights and market data into actionable product decisions
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Capability to develop and maintain product OKRs and success metrics while tracking impact and performance

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
