What youβll do
- Develop Marketing and Martech Product Strategy\: Create a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns with enterprise marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide Thought Leadership: Help define the product roadmap through deep business partnerships and assess opportunities using a hypothesis-driven approach focused on measurable, high-impact outcomes.
- Research Market and Industry Trends: Perform competitor product analysis and stay updated on market and industry trends.
- Identify and Measure KPIs: Establish and monitor key product metrics that drive business decisions and measure success before, during, and after implementation.
- Develop Measurement Strategies: Create strategies to drive ongoing optimization and improvement of product features.
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Define, prioritize, and scope initiatives related to marketing strategies to enhance the internal and external customer experience.
- Manage Product Roadmap and Releases: Oversee the product roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate release schedules with all stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Leadership\: Work closely with the leadership team to understand and define product capabilities and effectively communicate these to all levels of the organization.
- Partner with Business and Engineering Teams: Drive the product lifecycle including ideation, definition, prioritization, and program management to meet key objectives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Support Implementation: Partner with engineering and project management teams during implementation to address questions about features and make scope tradeoff decisions as needed.
- Collaborate with Technology Partners: Drive execution and iterative delivery of initiatives with technology partners.
- Engage with Cross-Functional Teams\: Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional partners to understand the business impact of planned enhancements and manage requirements for the marketing team.
- Support Cross-Functional Teams: Be the subject matter expert, able to answer questions and make clear recommendations to support cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a Liaison: Act as a bridge between Business and Technology teams to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Coordinate Testing and Post-Launch Activities: Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch activities to ensure product features perform as expected.
- Socialize Priorities and Progress: Communicate a clear view of priorities and progress against the product roadmap with business partners and senior leadership.
What youβll bring
- Β Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fieldsΒ
- 8+ years of experience product managementΒ
- Experience with Product Management for customer/associate facing applicationsΒ
- Experience with Agile development methodologyΒ
- Strong communication and presentation skills are needed with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (Marketing, Stores, Customer Services) as well as translate customer and market data into technical requirements documentsΒ
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment to deliver resultsΒ
- Ability to work independently and alongside a teamΒ

Β This salary range is specific to Colorado, New York, California, and Washington.
The starting salary for this position is $106,800β 163,000 and may increase to $171,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individualβs skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 10% Β Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
