About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define, develop, and execute our product visionοΏ½from concept through successful delivery and continuous improvement. In this high-impact role, you will shape the product roadmap, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions, and drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
οΏ½ Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
οΏ½ Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals, customer needs, and market trends.
οΏ½ Conduct deep market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product direction and innovation.
οΏ½ Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories that guide engineering and design teams.
οΏ½ Work closely with engineering, design, operations, customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope.
οΏ½ Analyze product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
οΏ½ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and business impact.
οΏ½ Drive strong stakeholder communication, including presentations to executive leadership and cross-departmental alignment.
οΏ½ Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for exceptional user experience across the product lifecycle.
οΏ½ Champion Agile best practices and facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
οΏ½ 8+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
οΏ½ Proven track record of launching successful products from concept through delivery and iteration.
οΏ½ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to validate decisions and guide prioritization.
οΏ½ Customer-first mindset with a history of translating user insights into impactful product solutions.
οΏ½ Software development experience or strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply on architecture and trade-offs.
οΏ½ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
οΏ½ Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
οΏ½ Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar platforms.
οΏ½ Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, and AI/ML technologies is a plus.
οΏ½ Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skillsοΏ½able to align cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
