Job Description:
A strategic product leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments. You understand productionβgrade shipping workflows and know how to turn deep customer insight into scalable platform strategy. You balance vertical nuance with βbuild once, sell manyβ discipline, and youβre comfortable guiding Fortune 500 clients through highβstakes decisions. You operate with executive presence, strong analytical rigor, and a bias toward shipping highβquality product that moves the business.
Own the product strategy for Production Shipping, defining verticalβspecific roadmaps across pharma, retail, 3PL, and manufacturing.
Close legacy gaps and advance our modern shipping platform to support highβvolume, multiβDC, LTL/TL, and complianceβheavy workflows.
Drive enterprise customer success for 400+ strategic accounts, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and alignment with roadmap priorities.
Partner with field sales on consultative deals ($100Kβ$500K ACV), providing product expertise, demos, and ROI narratives.
Translate customer insight into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks.
Lead crossβfunctional execution with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success to deliver roadmap commitments on time.
Measure business performance including revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction.
Maintain competitive intelligence and identify opportunities to extend Production Shipping capabilities across the Shipping 360 ecosystem.
Enterprise product management experience: 6β10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech.
Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multiβlocation fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts.
Vertical knowledge in at least one segment (pharma, retail, 3PL, manufacturing).
Executiveβlevel communication with comfort presenting to VP/Cβsuite stakeholders and guiding strategic accounts.
Full product lifecycle ownership including research, competitive analysis, requirements, launch, and adoption.
Platform thinking with the ability to balance scalability and customization.
Crossβfunctional leadership across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and partnerships.
Analytical rigor: dataβdriven decision making, ROI modeling, usage analytics, and customer metrics.
Experience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS/WMS, or ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan).
Background in pharma compliance (21 CFR Part 11), POD workflows, or healthcare integrations.
3PL platform experience (multiβtenant, client billing).
Led largeβscale migrations from legacy to modern platforms.
Interest in AI/ML for carrier selection, network optimization, or predictive shipping.
International shipping experience (duties, taxes, crossβborder carriers).
Compensation
The wage range for this position is $150,000-180,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
