Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Product Management (M3) to lead the Enterprise Engineering Services (EES) product management organization. In this role, you will manage a team of 8 or more product managers across multiple product domains, driving alignment between individual product strategies and the broader EES and OCI organizational objectives. You will be responsible for the career development and performance of your PMs, the quality and coherence of the product portfolio, and the organization's ability to execute against multi-year roadmaps in a complex, high-stakes enterprise environment.
This is a senior people leadership role requiring executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization. You will partner closely with engineering directors, security leadership, legal, compliance, and senior OCI executives to ensure the EES product portfolio delivers measurable business outcomes at Oracle scale
Lead, develop, and scale a team of 8+ product managers across multiple product areas within Enterprise Engineering ServicesΒ
Set team direction and ensure individual PM roadmaps align to EES strategy, OCI priorities, and Oracle's enterprise security objectivesΒ
Establish and maintain rigorous PM practices across the team β including requirements definition, roadmap management, OKR setting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder communication standardsΒ
Partner with engineering and architecture leadership to ensure the EES product portfolio is technically sound, scalable, and delivering against commitmentsΒ
Serve as the senior PM voice in executive and cross-functional forums, representing EES product priorities to OCI leadership and internal stakeholdersΒ
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders across HR, legal, compliance, security, and business units to synthesize competing needs into coherent product strategiesΒ
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, customer empathy, and data-informed decision making across the PM teamΒ
Identify and close capability gaps through hiring, mentorship, structured onboarding, and ongoing coaching and developmentΒ
Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for each product area; hold the team accountable to measurable adoption, reliability, and user satisfaction outcomesΒ
Manage cross-product dependencies and tradeoffs at the portfolio level, ensuring coherent roadmap sequencing and resource allocationΒ
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to all audiences β from engineering teams to senior OCI leadershipΒ
