Senior Product Manager_Testing HM Access

This position is accountable for the managing the product team which includes the development and full life cycle management of products and services across the portfolio for all lines of business. This includes: leading market research, competitive analysis, strategic product positioning and product priorities. This individual will be charged with guiding the product development team and process to lead to innovative products that will differentiate PHP from the competition and drive PHP growth. This person will also seek to define the most effective path to market which may include development and management of strategic partnerships.

The senior manager - product development will lead multiple cross functional teams to drive product development decisions, initiatives and implementation that span multiple lines of business. In addition this position is also responsible for managing product managers and some of the supporting staff within the Product Department.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Project management training 
• 7 years experience in product development, taking a product idea through feasibility, implementation and life cycle phases
• Market research and product marketing experience.
  
• Experience leading teams of professional level staff.
  
• Project management experience.
  
• Proven oral presentation experience.
  
• Experience with market analysis tools, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related degree.
• Industry experience
