Who We’re Looking For:

As a key member of the GI Global Marketing team, the Senior Product Manager will lead strategic planning and upstream marketing activities for Laborie’s esophageal motility portfolio. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, guiding new product development, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver innovative diagnostic solutions.Β

About the Role:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Reimbursement teams to develop and commercialize innovative diagnostic products that meet global compliance and market needs.
  • Drive Strategic Product Development: Make portfolio-level decisions, create product roadmaps, and execute strategies that align with business objectives and evolving clinical demands.
  • Leverage Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze trends and competition, and gather customer insights to inform product innovation and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage Projects & Performance: Oversee complex projects from concept to launch, monitor product performance, and implement enhancements to improve outcomes and differentiation.
  • Engage Stakeholders & Promote Brand: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure team alignment, and represent the company at industry events to elevate brand visibility and product adoption.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years in medical devices or diagnostics.
  • Proven experience in upstream marketing, product development, or portfolio strategy.
  • Ability to analyze market data and understand market trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to influence others, and ability to effectively communicate marketing plans and strategy.
