Role OverviewΒ 

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Mobile Experiences to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of FranConnect’s mobile products. This role focuses on solving the right problems for manager-, employee-, and franchisee-facing experiences, with an emphasis on critical, field-first daily workflows.Β 

You’ll work in a close product triad with Design and Engineering, partnering with offshore engineering teams in India to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.Β 

What You’ll DoΒ 

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for FranConnect’s mobile experiencesΒ 
  • Define and prioritize solutions for field-first, daily-use workflowsΒ 
  • Balance the needs of managers, employees, and franchise stakeholdersΒ 
  • Partner with Design to shape intuitive, consistent mobile experiencesΒ 
  • Collaborate with Engineering to deliver reliable, performant mobile solutionsΒ 
  • Use data, customer feedback, and business context to define problems and measure outcomesΒ 
  • Align mobile strategy with broader product and platform goalsΒ 
  • Present mobile strategy, decisions, and results to customers and product leadershipΒ 
Requirements

Β What We’re Looking ForΒ 

  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaSΒ 
  • Experience owning mobile products or mobile-first workflowsΒ 
  • Strong product judgment in complex, multi-user environmentsΒ 
  • Ability to make tradeoffs and drive clarity in ambiguous situationsΒ 
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skillsΒ 
  • Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plusΒ
