We're looking for a passionate Product Manager, Developer Experience, to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our industry-leading vector database platform.
Responsibilities:
Conceive and execute product vision and strategy for developer APIs, SDKs, integrations, and console experiences
Define the end-to-end developer journey from onboarding to production, reducing friction and time-to-first-value
Drive product roadmap for developer-facing tools and features, aligning engineering priorities with strategic objectives and user needs
Design intuitive API interfaces, SDKs, documentation, and console experiences that enhance developer productivity
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and community engagement to understand developer pain points and requirements
Analyze usage data, console analytics, and feedback to measure success and identify optimization opportunities
Advocate for developers throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring their voice influences all product decisions
Stay current on developer tools trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional software engineering experience or bachelor's degree in computer science
2+ years of product management experience
Understanding of developer needs and familiarity with APIβs/SDKβs, and developer tools.
Excellent communication skills to convey research findings and product recommendations to non-technical peers and leaders.
Experience gathering feedback, input and data from users and running beta tests
Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make strategic, business decisions. You enjoy empirical, data-driven approaches to deployment
Bonus points:
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
Familiarity with vector databases and generative AI
