In this role, youβll work closely with Engineering, Data Science & Design partners to build best-in-class ML and AI solutions that help users discover inspiration, curate ideas they love & shop the products that bring those ideas to life. Youβll partner with teams across the company and ship impactful products on high impact surfaces like Home, Notifications & Boards.

What youβll do:
- Define, design & develop innovative ML and AI solutions to help users discover, curate & shop ideas they love
- Deeply collaborate with engineering, design & data science to build great experiences at the intersection of UX, ML & AI
- Define thoughtful hypotheses, product requirements, decision-making frameworks, metrics & goals for strategic projects
- Identify & prioritize new opportunities to improve relevance, personalization & signal utilization across the Curation portfolioΒ
- Autonomously tackle complex, ambiguous problems & develop strategic influence across productsΒ

What weβre looking for:
- Trusted collaborator: in this role, youβll partner closely with a variety of teams across the company, including our Advanced Technology Group, Signals, Growth, Trust & Safety, Monetization and more. Youβll need to build deep and trusted relationships with these teams and work together in service of key shared strategic priorities.
- Strategic thinker: Youβll need to understand the landscape in which weβre operating and make frequent tradeoffs and decisions around where to invest time and resources.
- Skilled communicator: Youβll communicate your strategy and plans to XFN partners, stakeholders & VP-level audiences, and need the ability to communicate clearly and convincingly with a wide range of audiences (both written and verbal).
- Technical strength: Youβll partner closely with Engineering teams working with cutting-edge ML and AI technologiesΒ
- Customer centricity: Deeply understand user needs and requirements & use that understanding to identify and prioritize new opportunities
- Data fluency: Youβll need to leverage diverse quantitative & qualitative insights to make thoughtful, data-informed decisions
- A driver of results: Ultimately, youβll need to produce significant, measurable results against key Curation goals.
- Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
