  • Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure cohesive product experiences that drive measurable impact.
  • Champion user empathy by conducting research and leveraging insights to inform features, enhance usability, and reduce support burden.

  • Monitor success metrics, track adoption, and apply data-driven decisions to improve client satisfaction and product-market fit.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and cross-functional alignment on business goals.

  • Proven ability to distill complex user needs into elegant, usable product features that drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Deep customer empathy with a strategic mindset and a track record of delivering impactful user experiences.
  • Familiarity with workflow tooling, client dashboards, and reducing manual support through smart product design.
  • Strong interest and/or experience in AI-powered features, with a thoughtful approach to automation and personalization.
  • Expertise in using data, research, and experimentation to inform strategy and measure product success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, with the ability to synthesize business goals into actionable plans.
  • Passion for mission-driven work that supports equity, accessibility, and real-world outcomes.

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $160,000 – $175,000 USD (location-adjusted)
  • Equity stock options for all full-time employees
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
  • Flexible paid vacation policy and wellness days
  • 401(k) plan with FSA options
  • Remote-first position across 30+ eligible U.S. states
