The person in this role will work on achieving our vision of an autonomous AI clinic, where patients receive standardised, high-quality service regardless of the nature of their issue. You will primarily focus on building AI Agents that can resolve patient inquiries end-to-end, for example, schedule a patient with a medical provider by using internal APIs.
You will also be managing existing support operations to ensure alignment between the future you are building towards and operational excellence in supporting our patients.Β

- At least 5 years of experience as a product managerΒ
- At least 2 years of experience as an AI PM

- Proficiency in Russian and English.Β

- Work as part of a product team focused on resolving patient requests to our support team with AIΒ
- Implement AI agents that can resolve patient requests without human involvementΒ
- Centralise all communications in one internal systemΒ
- Iteratively improve the intent classification model of patient requestsΒ
- Scale from serving patient requests across multiple channels, starting from SMSΒ
- Collaborate extensively with MedicalΒ Operations, Support and other internalΒ departments to understand key opportunities for eliminating manual business processesΒ through automationΒ
- Build a product strategy and roadmap for the direction in collaboration with the team andΒ other stakeholders
