As a Product Manager to join our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our flagship mobile game, BitLife. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives.

YOUR MISSION

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define the product vision and strategy in line with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
  • Identify new opportunities for product development or enhancement.

Product Development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to develop and launch new products.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to release.
  • Prioritize features and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

User Experience and Feedback

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize product performance.

Data Analysis and Metrics

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Use data analytics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly report on product performance to stakeholders.

Marketing and Monetization

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and implement monetization strategies, such as in-app purchases and advertisements.

Project Management

  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Communicate project status and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate agile processes, such as sprints and scrums, to keep development on track.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in the mobile gaming or app industry.
  • Understanding of mobile app development processes and technologies.
  • Strong background in project management and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive product innovation.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming market trends.
