Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong technical literacy to own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery for all of our web products. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure we build the right things, in the right order, for the right reasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on stakeholder needs and business goals. Ongoing identification of opportunities to improve product UX, retention, and revenue.
  • Feature Specification and Delivery: Gather requirements from stakeholders, customers, and usage data to write clear, outcome-focused user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure technical feasibility is considered while leaving architecture decisions to engineering leads.
  • Market and User Research: Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions. Track competitor moves, emerging technologies, and market trends to identity opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and engineering to align the team on priorities and timelines. Drive discussion to remove blockers and resolve product decisions. Champion the voice of the customer across all teams.
  • Metrics and Iteration: Define success metrics (e.g., feature adoption, customer acquisition impact), track performance post-launch, and iterate based on data.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or a closely related role, ideally in healthcare, analytics, or digital media.
  • UI/UX sense with a strong intuition for what makes an amazing product experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
  • Comfort with high-level engineering concepts (e.g. understand data modeling, APIs, integrations, at a conceptual level).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in data-driven/analytics tools or biopharma sales tools.
  • Prior remote work experience in distributed teams.
