Senior Product Manager

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will possess strong knowledge of safety and chemistry domains and proven experience in product management. The role requires hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence, along with expertise in value creation, user story development, and backlog maintenance. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, supported by a strong understanding of product management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Drive value creation in the engagement by proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements and optimizing program efficiency through streamlined workflows.
• Build strong relationships with key program partners and stakeholders to manage their interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
• Optimize engagement profitability by strategically managing diverse variables, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and implementing targeted strategies to elevate overall project profitability.
• Proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, offering guidance and fostering collaboration for high-performance outcomes.
• Proactively identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and escalations by developing robust mitigation and contingency plans, ensuring seamless program delivery.
