About the Role:
Weβre looking for a Product Manager focused on user growth and engagement, with a secondary focus on building scalable solutions on top of the Cube platform. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, execution-driven, and passionate about delivering intuitive, high-impact product experiences. Youβll play a critical role in analyzing user behavior, reducing friction, and enhancing adoption across the platformβwhile also identifying repeatable use cases that drive long-term customer value.
What Youβll Do:
Analyze product usage patterns, user adoption metrics, and user experience across the Cube platform
Identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and user satisfaction
Partner with other product managers and cross-functional teams to bring user experience improvements to life
Create and present findings and proposals to the executive leadership team
Own and operate tools such as Mixpanel, Chameleon, and internal BI dashboards to uncover insights and deploy solutions (e.g., in-app tooltips, guided flows)
Be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining in-product guides that help customers onboard, activate key workflows, and discover new or underutilized features.
Shape our instrumentation roadmap to ensure better visibility into platform usage from a feature, use case, and journey standpoint.
Define and launch modular solutions and use cases built on Cubeβs platform to address key business needs across the customer base.
What Weβre Looking For:
5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or user experience-focused roles
Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Experience with in-product engagement platforms (e.g., Chameleon, Pendo) and BI tools
Excellent collaboration and communication skillsβable to work effectively across product, design, and engineering teams
Clear, structured thinking with the ability to present to leadership
The annual base salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 USD.
