Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Product Management, the Product Manager (PM) is a key strategic position within the organization and is responsible for driving value accretive growth. This includes understanding customer pain points and developing and executing strategies to drive growth with existing customers and applications and uncovering adjacencies. This role will ensure alignment with the rest of the organization, including the broader marketing team, sales, service, R&D, operations, and finance.Β A successful PM is customer-focused, strategic, action oriented, has a strong organizational agility and leads by influence to identify and implement growth initiatives.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associateβs position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year.Β This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
