We’re hiring a Product Owner to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of HCP consent and preference platforms. This role is accountable for productizing consent management across SMS and email, as well as preference and subscription management, to support compliant, scalable, and high-value HCP engagement. You will translate regulatory, carrier, and privacy frameworks into standardized product capabilities while serving as a connective leader between HCP Engagement, HCP Data, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Platform Ownership

  • Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for HCP consent, preference, and subscription management across engagement channels, with primary ownership of SMS and email.
  • Operate consent and preference management as platform services, ensuring consistent enforcement, scalability, auditability, and reuse across products, brands, and programs.

Consent, Compliance & Governance

  • Productize regulatory and carrier requirements (e.g., TCPA, CTIA/10DLC, GDPR, HIPAA) into standardized, reusable capabilities rather than one-off implementations.
  • Own the full consent lifecycle including capture, renewal, revocation, suppression, audit logging, and reporting across SMS and email channels.

Preference & Subscription Management

  • Own the design and evolution of preference and subscription management frameworks, including preference centers, topic-level subscriptions, channel-level opt-ins, and suppression logic.
  • Ensure HCP-facing preference experiences are clear, easy to manage, and consistently honored across all systems and touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Data Alignment

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HCP Engagement and HCP Data teams, and other stakeholders, to align consent usage, data sourcing, eligibility rules, and downstream activation.
  • Act as a guide and thought partner for teams sourcing or providing HCP data, helping them navigate consent constraints and compliant activation pathways.

Delivery, Execution & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle execution including discovery, requirements definition, backlog prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Marketing Operations to deliver resilient, scalable solutions aligned to governance standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles
  • Demonstrated ownership of consent, privacy, preference, or messaging platforms in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of SMS and email consent requirements and global privacy frameworks
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into scalable product solutions
