The Product Owner, Integrated Commerce leads the digital commerce strategy across all guest-facing online channels, including ticket/pass sales, hotel reservations, and ancillary revenue opportunities for attractions, hospitality packages, and memberships. This role drives innovation and revenue growth by helping to shape the digital guest journey, ensuring seamless booking and purchasing experiences, and aligning cross-functional teams around a unified digital vision.ย

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Strategic Leadership & Visionย
- Define and lead the end-to-end eCommerce product strategy aligned with overall business goals and guest experience expectations.ย
- Partner to drive a user-centric digital vision to increase direct bookings, online sales, account creation, and guest satisfaction.ย
- Jointly own KPIs such as digital revenue, conversion rate, lifetime value, and digital adoption.ย
Team & Stakeholder Managementย
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Analysts, and cross-functional contributors.ย
- Act as a key liaison between executive leadership, marketing, operations, technology, guest services, and property teams.ย
- Collaborate with brand, pricing, and promotions teams to align digital experience with seasonal and experiential offerings.ย
Product Development Oversightย
- Oversee day to day development and bug fixes for web (B2B and B2C), mobile app, and contact center Commerce platforms.ย
- Ensure seamless integration with source systems, data marts, loyalty systems, and payment gateways.ย
- Evaluate and guide vendor relationships and third-party platforms (e.g., API partners, offer validation platforms, etc).ย
- Lead user acceptance testing and the creation of artifacts including charters, requirements, and support documentationย
Experience & Optimizationย
- Drive innovation in digital guest experience: dynamic pricing, bundles, hospitality packages, mobile-first design, and cross-sell opportunities.ย
- Leverage guest feedback, heatmaps, and journey mapping to inform UX/UI enhancements.ย
ย Compliance & Scalabilityย
- Ensure platforms meet security, accessibility (WCAG), and PCI compliance standards.ย
- Plan for scalability during peak seasons, special events, and new product launches.ย
ย
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldย ย
- 7โ10+ years in digital product or eCommerce leadership, ideally within hospitality, theme parks, tourism, or attractions.ย
- Proven experience leading large-scale eCommerce or ticketing platforms, including strategy, build, and optimization.ย
- Deep understanding of guest behavior, customer journey mapping, and omni-channel experiences.ย
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco, Adobe Experience Manager), ticketing systems, payment gateways and marketing automation integrations.ย
- Strong leadership, time management, and executive stakeholder communication skills.ย

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep knowledge of APIs (Postman environment and variables)ย
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or experience leading Agile teams at scale and managing projects in Azure DevOps (or similar tool, e.g. Jira)ย
- Data literacy with tools like GA4, Power BI, or Looker.ย
