Job Description:
This job is responsible for maximizing the value for one or more products. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product managers or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities and creating the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet the expectations of our clients, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.

The Product Manager / Product Owner for Workstation Enterprise web browsers and operating systems is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the full product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, cybersecurity, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure financial, risk, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.

This role ensures that the web browser and operating system productsβ€”including policy-controlled enterprise browsing, data protection, and risk mitigation capabilitiesβ€”supports the company’s overall strategy, regulatory obligations, and Zero Trust security objectives, while enabling a productive and intuitive user experience for employees, contractors, and third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generates the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain
  • Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Own product planning and execution across the entire lifecycle, from concept and intake through delivery, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the secure enterprise browser aligned with business, security, and regulatory priorities.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements, balancing usability, cost, risk reduction, and compliance.
  • Ensure product decisions and communications clearly support the company’s overall technology and business strategy.

Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, translating strategy into epics, features, and user stories with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering teams to support sprint planning, PI planning, backlog refinement, and release execution.
  • Ensure acceptance criteria, success metrics, and dependencies are clearly defined and aligned across teams.

Security, Risk & Compliance Alignment

  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure browser controls meet regulatory and data protection requirements.
  • Drive browser capabilities such as data loss prevention (DLP), copy/paste and download controls, watermarking, session isolation, audit logging, and conditional access.
  • Ensure policy decisions, exceptions, and changes follow appropriate governance and risk-based decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical background
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to matrix manage cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Product Management Certification
  • Understanding of compatible thin client operating systems (Linux & Microsoft)
  • Understanding of integration of collaboration and security tooling
  • Working knowledge of compatible hardware models\types\vendors for thin client technologies
