Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team and play a critical role in shaping the future of RV LIFE’s digital platforms. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, designers, and others to define and drive product initiatives. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and create clear acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize the product backlog and ensure development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value to users.

• Work closely with the development team to refine and scope features, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding product updates, changes, and enhancements to your product area.

• Work upstream with product leadership to connect your product goals and company-wide product goals.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure RV LIFE remains a leader in the space.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Kanban or Scrum teams.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and sprint planning.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.

Bonus Points:

• History working with SaaS businesses.

• Passion for the RV industry and familiarity with RV travel technology is a plus.
