Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our NYC-based team. This role will focus on researching market requirements, collaborating with development and onboarding teams to ensure timely delivery of new features and functions, and ensuring our products and experience meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.The successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, with experience delivering high-quality, compliant solutions in investor communications or a related space.'

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on US investor communication protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to manage projects, including defining requirements, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution of technical solutions.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements and expectations throughout the delivery process. Observe and oversee testing results to ensure high quality outputs.Β 
  • Develop and implement streamlined processing protocols for the distribution of publicly listed company announcements through brokers and other financial intermediaries.
  • Design an efficient and scalable billing processes to align with SEC rules and regulations regarding reimbursement for investor communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEC regulations, financial communication trends, and industry standards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, brokers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.


Requirements
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Product Management or Product Development with at least 2 years of this experience gained in senior marketing leadership rolesΒ 
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEC regulations and compliance requirements related to investor communications.
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally collaborating with development or technical teams.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial software, invoicing systems, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, etc).
  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • In office attendance at least 3 days per week at our Manhattan office (Corner of 22ndΒ Street and Park Ave South).Β
