You're a hands-on product person who's comfortable in a spreadsheet, a drawing review, and a supplier call.Β

What success looks likeΒ

Success is a Titan Attachments line that grows revenue and margin through a clear roadmap; new products that launch on time, at target cost, with accurate fitment and content; falling return and warranty rates; and a development engineer and cross-functional partners who know exactly what to build and why.Β
