We are looking for a seasoned CRM expert to work in our product management team for our Digital Business Experience Solution, which covers offer definition & management, ordering, monetization and customer care. The role will be both outward-facing and inward-facing. The outward-facing portion will involve evangelizing the solution to prospects and customers, both directly and through the sales team; the focus will be on the CRM aspects of the solution. The inward-facing portion is to work with Oracle product managers, architects and development teams to define the solution strategy and features.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and required experience include:
- Ability to be a product evangelist with customers β serve as a senior product leader both internally at Oracle and externally
- Experience with CRM is a must, ideally including some experience with Oracle Siebel
- Experience with TMF ODA and TMF business processes
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience at a Communications Service Provider as a business user of CRM systems
- Experience with other BSS applications, including Product Catalog, Billing and Order Management
- Excellent Communications domain knowledge
- Ability to work with customers, sales, product management, partners and in a virtual team
The work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization. Contributes individually and as a team member.
