Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of OCI’s DevOps services, including OCI DevOps, and internal tools that power OCI’s own service development and deployment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the tools and services that thousands of developers and DevOps engineers rely on to build, deploy, and operate applications on OCI. You’ll work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevOps innovation, and AI-driven solutions, driving features that empower our customers and OCI’s internal teams to deliver at scale.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be a champion for the DevOps persona, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into world-class cloud services. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that simplify and accelerate software delivery in the cloud.

What we are looking for

Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on DevOps platforms, CI/CD tools, or cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).

DevOps Expertise: Prior experience as a DevOps engineer, leading DevOps initiatives, or delivering DevOps platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar).

Cloud Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).

Technical Acumen: Ability to dive into technical details with engineering teams and articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Customer Obsession: Passion for understanding and solving the challenges faced by developers and DevOps engineers.

Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and communicate a compelling product vision.

AI & Innovation Mindset: Excitement for how AI and machine learning are transforming cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.



Responsibilities

Define the Vision & Roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for OCI DevOps services and internal deployment tools, aligning with customer needs and OCI’s strategic goals in cloud and AI.

Drive Product Development: Partner with engineering to design, build, and launch features that enhance CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment workflows for OCI customers and internal teams.

Champion the DevOps Persona: Engage with customers, developers, and DevOps engineers to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure our services delight users.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and support teams to drive adoption and success of OCI DevOps offerings.

Shape Internal Tools: Lead the development of internal services used by OCI to build and deploy its own cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on the DevOps ecosystem, cloud innovations, and AI-driven development practices to ensure OCI remains a leader in the space.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
