Description

Apple is looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and expert Product Manager to join the Worldwide Product Marketing team. As a Pro Apps Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining new features that will shape the future of pro apps, and launching new products. This includes working both inbound and outbound to drive the development, introduction, maintenance, and/or obsolescence of features and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years product marketing and product management experience.

  • Possess a deep knowledge of established and emerging creative workflows (photo editing, video editing, pixel editing, generative AI, design, layout, etc.).
  • Understand the current market for professional creatives.
  • Experience serving creative users on social media, across channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate features and technologies to creative professionals.
  • Have experience editing photo/video/composite projects, with knowledge of color correction, graphics, layout, design, non-linear video editing and audio.
  • Drive the definition of broad, complex, and high impact products for worldwide markets, assisting in the development of the product line strategy.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to pursue in future products.
  • Collect global customer, developer, and partner requirements for future product development.
  • Balance trade-offs involving features, schedule, cost, line positioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Communicate and position the product in relation to competitive products and companies.
  • Work with marketing communications and PR to develop product launch activities and marketing materials.
  • Act as an ambassador for your product coordinating customer visits, press briefings and industry events virtually and in-person.
  • You should be familiar with Apple’s current hardware offerings and feature set, in particular the benefits they bring to creatives.
  • You are flexible and versatile in nature, able to take on new challenges and embrace change and ambiguity enthusiastically.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences and partners.
  • You have strong presentation skills, and the ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.
  • You should be able to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
  • BS/BA degree, MS/MA/MBA preferred.
