This position will be based remotely in the US
Summary of Role
As a Lifecycle PM at Palmetto, you will own the strategy, tooling, and experimentation that make every push, email, inβapp card, and SMS feel like a perfectlyβtimed coachβs tip. You will map the endβtoβend customer journey, build trigger logic and state machines, and leverage large language models (LLMs) to craft dynamic, personalized, and scalable customer communications. Reporting to the VP of Consumer Products, youβll create internal triggers and habits that lift engagement, retention, and customer happiness.
