Overview 

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with a strong background in telecommunications and internet product knowledge. This role will help manage a project to develop infrastructure to standardize the ops pattern for Network on Demand products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecom networks, infrastructure development, and process optimization, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid position located in Denver, CO. All qualified candidates MUST reside in the Denver metro area and be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship or C2C.

 Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for the Network on Demand infrastructure initiative.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders, to drive project success.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align expectations and requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and network performance.

Desired Skills & Experience 

Candidates must have strong experience in project or program management, process optimization, executive level communications, and KPI analysis and reporting gained through managing large and complex projects. Candidates must have the following:

• Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques

• Strong understanding of Network on Demand products and telecom infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive deliverables, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.

Qualifications & Technical Skill Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of product management expertise
• Strong experience in writing product requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience building project budgets/forecasts and KPIs, and analyzing processes to identify areas of optimization and improvement
• Direct hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Smartsheet,  and JIRA
• Proven knowledge of Scrum, Agile & Product Development is necessary

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, IT, Computer Science, or Finance
• PMP certification is helpful

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This role is a long term consulting contract with an hourly rate of $65 - $85. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
