As the Product Manager, Growth,Β you will take the lead in shaping and executing user acquisition strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to broaden the company's reach and increase conversion to active and loyal subscribers.Β  You will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team in developing and implementing strategies to introduce our solutions and services.   • Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Implement rigorous A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align and strengthen user acquisition efforts.
  • Own and develop a results-oriented product roadmap focused on growth initiatives.
  • Set ambitious KPIs and diligently track progress to ensure goals are met.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide product decisions and optimize the user experience.
  • Keep up with industry trends and emerging strategies to maintain a competitive edge in user acquisition.
  • Communicate compelling growth strategies and outcomes to leadership, driving ongoing alignment and support.

Qualifications:​​​​​​​

  • 5+ years of experience in growth and product management within consumer tech, with a proven track record of driving user growth.
  • Expertise in leading high-impact acquisition campaigns and utilizing growth tools to achieve measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to solving complex problems and optimizing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive product strategy.
  • Ability to direct UI/UX designer for optimal user experience
  • Results-oriented with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a focus on exceeding targets.
