POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will play an integral role in BalchemοΏ½s success by supporting all product lines for the Flavors, Encapsulates & Inclusions Business Unit (FE&I). The position focuses on implementing short-term tactical and long-term strategic initiatives related to the FE&I BU product line as set by the Sr. Business Director and Sr. Product Manager. To accomplish this, the Product Manager must demonstrate strong leadership skills, drive cross-functional change initiatives, and assist in implementing a strategic roadmap related to FE&I BU initiatives. This individual will act as a key liaison between Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service and Commercial teams. Responsibilities include managing market development activities, implementing commercial pricing strategies, developing industry knowledge and providing internal support to sales team for the FE&I BU.
