Experience & Education
- Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
- Travel Management or Leisure Travel and travel tools and software (B2B, B2B2C) preferred, not required
- 5+ years in product management, product development or similar discipline (technical background a plus but not necessary)
- 5+ years managing technical projects. Exposure and experience with the following:
- Change Management in complex environments
- Resource management (specifically demand and capacity planning)Â
- Risk and Issue management
- Reporting & Analytics proficiency
- Experience with agile, or businesses undergoing agile transformation a plus

Languages & Travel
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- This role will partner with NORAM/ EMEA/ APAC partners and should expect to travel internationally 10-15%
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven experience with data reporting and analytics
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and vendors

Description:
- Define, develop and deliver the Agent Booking Tool platform to help drive profit and cost savings across CWT
- Build a competitive advantage through technology products and deliver improvements with measurable business benefits
- Drive global product vision, determine priorities and evangelize with Senior Leadership and across the organization
- Ensure product success by bridging the gap between sales, engineering, customer service, delivery, training and operations
- Develop a strong understanding of the customer through market visits, usability tests, surveys, online feedback mechanisms and focus groups.  Know their product and customers better than anyone else in the company.
- Mentor business analysts in creating user stories that accurately reflect business needs
- Deliver regular product reviews to stakeholders and leadership across the company
- Build financial models and forecasts to guide future resource investment
- Coordinate with development, operations and training to ensure efficient and successful delivery of new features
- Owning and creating the product strategy, roadmap and value; reviewing the roadmap with key stakeholders, gathering input and managing tradeoffs for requirements and time to market
- Create product specs, user stories, and prototypes in collaboration with UX, engineering or independently when necessary
