TheΒ Product Manager - AccessoriesΒ is responsible forΒ driving profitable growth and lifecycle management of the handheldΒ accessoriesΒ portfolio across North America. This role leadsΒ theΒ localΒ categoryΒ strategy, product development,Β andΒ go-to-market execution to ensure a competitive, customer-focused assortment.Β This roleΒ works cross-functionally with global product teams, sourcing, R&D, sales, marketing, and aftersales toΒ optimizeΒ portfolio performance and deliver innovative accessory solutions for professional and landowner segments.Β

Key Responsibilities:Β Β 

  • Manage theΒ multi-channel assortment ofΒ handheld accessories to achieve revenue, profitability, and market shareΒ objectives.Β 

  • Conduct pricing, margin, and profitability analysis to support strategic decision-making and target achievement.Β 

  • Lead SKU rationalization and complexity reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiency and portfolio performance.Β 

  • Develop category roadmaps andΒ identifyΒ assortment gaps based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.Β 

  • Monitor competitive landscape,Β end-user requirements,Β channel activity, and market share trends toΒ identifyΒ growth opportunities.Β 

  • Lead new product development initiatives for handheld accessories aligned with global portfolio strategy and local market requirements.Β Β 

  • Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing teams, and Charlotte-based R&D to develop and refresh products relevant to the North American market.Β 

  • Drive go-to-marketΒ strategyΒ and successful launch execution for new products and assortment updates.Β 

  • Collaborate closely with aftersales market managers to drive growth and improve market penetration in key regions.Β 

  • DevelopΒ tools and training programs to supportΒ sales initiatives and goals.Β Β 

  • Maintain price guides,Β regional product calendars, and product master data.Β 

Β 

What We Are Looking For:Β 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administrationΒ or equivalent business experienceΒ 

  • 4+Β years product development, purchasing, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations experience;Β Project management experienceΒ preferredΒ 

  • Experience in a durable goodsΒ manufacturingΒ company and/or power equipment industryΒ 

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, engineering, and financeΒ organizations.Β 

  • Familiarity with product development process from product design to launchΒ 

  • Knowledge in parts and/or accessories businessΒ 

  • Knowledge of omni-channel sales distribution
