What Youโ€™ll Do

Purpose: Lead product strategy, market direction, and outcomeโ€‘focused delivery for Enliven Healthโ€™s clinical solutions portfolio.

As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of our clinical products from concept through market adoption. You will:

Strategic Leadership & Market Direction

  • Lead development of the product strategy and longโ€‘term roadmap aligned to clinical market needs, competitive trends, and business priorities.
  • Serve as the productโ€™s market champion, identifying opportunities based on customer insights, regulatory changes, industry dynamics, and earlyโ€‘adopter behaviors.
  • Prioritize outcomesโ€”not outputsโ€”using data and customer evidence to guide decisions and tradeoffs.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage directly with pharmacies, health systems, and prospects to understand workflows, challenges, and unmet needs across varied state regulatory environments.
  • Conduct discovery interviews and market research to deeply understand customer problems and validate new product concepts.
  • Influence product direction based on insights from group purchasing organizations and other key stakeholders driving clinical adoption.

Crossโ€‘Functional Partnership & Goโ€‘toโ€‘Market

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product Marketing to improve goโ€‘toโ€‘market execution and product positioning.
  • Provide Product Marketing with value propositions, differentiators, and pricing inputs to support launch materials and messaging.
  • Drive readiness for new releasesโ€”aligning crossโ€‘functional teams on launch strategy, feature value, and adoption goals.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Own the product roadmap and partner with Product Owners to ensure the backlog reflects strategic priorities and market needs.
  • Translate customer and market insights into clear problem statements and prioritized requirements.
  • Support delivery teams by providing context, validating solutions, and ensuring features meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, profitability, and enhancement opportunities across the product lifecycle.

Minimum Qualificationsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or another related field is desired or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record as a product manager for at least 3 years.

Preferred Qualificationsย 

  • 0-1 Product Management experience, taking products from concept to commercialization
  • Strong understanding of technology, user experience, and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decisionโ€‘making.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Information:

Estimated Pay Range for this location is $125,000 to $150,000
