Product Manager - E&S Homeowners (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Oversee multiple homeowners insurance portfolios and partner with underwriting to drive profitability and premium growth.
• Lead initiatives to design, refine, and enhance insurance products, including rate development, policy forms, and automation strategies.
• Utilize market intelligence, internal data, and financial analysis to identify performance gaps and implement actionable solutions.
• Advocate for innovative, data-driven practices to improve products and processes.
• Champion the retail agent user experience, ensuring product enhancements are intuitive, streamlined, and effective.
• Design analytical models to evaluate risk, pricing, and coverage for specialized scenarios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of product management, underwriting, or portfolio management experience in property & casualty insurance, preferably in homeowners or E&S markets.
• Proven track record in developing, pricing, and managing insurance products with strong analytical and financial skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Ability to interpret data, perform financial and root cause analyses, and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
