The Job
Weβre looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Product Manager to help shape and deliver high-impact software experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, balances customer needs with business goals, and brings energy and clarity to every stage of the product lifecycle. Youβll be responsible for defining requirements, identifying process improvements, and leading initiatives that inspire teams and drive meaningful results.What Youβll Do
Product Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Product Planning and Roadmapping
Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionality based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing, and sales, to drive product development and GTM activities.
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Customer Focus
Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and stay informed about user needs and pain points to continuously improve the product.
Work closely with customer support, implementation, and sales to address customer issues and concerns.
Performance Measurement
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and make data-driven decisions for future improvements.
Regularly report on product performance to leadership and stakeholders.
What Youβll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, or related).
2 - 5 years of experience in software product management.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Experience in, or familiarity with, project/workforce management tools and best practices within construction and other trades industries is a huge plus.
