The Product Manager β Residential Power Generation Controls will lead the strategy and execution for next-generation residential control platforms with expanding integration into cloud-connected monitoring, interconnect coordination, and load management services. This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for embedded controls and their associated digital ecosystemsβtranslating customer insights, regulatory requirements, and system-level needs into clear, actionable product and software specifications. We are seeking a technically strong product leader with proven experience defining requirements for connected control systems, particularly where physical hardware and cloud services intersect in residential-scale energy environments. Major Responsibilities
Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
Assist in tracking product performance and identifying areas for enhancement.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on product updates.
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelorβs Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience:
3+ years of professional experience including 1+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.
