AppleCare Digital has an opening for a Product Manager to manage a subset of content management products and services that enable Apple content creators to build, edit, publish, & deliver amazing support experiences. Content managed across our Content Platforms is served to customers through different digital channels including our AppleCare Support website, which handles billions of visits from Apple customers globally. As a member of the Product team, youβll identify, define, prioritize and measure the success of features that help us meet operational and customer experience goals. In this role youβll be required to take a human-centric approach to problem-solving and product development, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and experimentation. The position requires partnering with UX/UI and software engineering teams to design, develop, test, launch, and sustain software applications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with diverse CMS architectures, product management, design thinking methodologies, Agile software development, and team leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as an ability to present to cross-functional partners, peers, and senior executives/leadership.
