About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our Data and Analytics team. This role will cultivate a deep understanding of the US wealth management and asset management industry and the way that our technology is developed to scale the distribution of alternative products, leveraging central source of alternative products data. This individual will have the opportunity to work directly with our internal and external clients to solve challenging and complex industry-wide problems, spanning various alternative investment products.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs by carefully listening to and analyzing client feedback.Β
- Work directly with clients, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deploy integrated technology solutions for global data master productΒ
- Create thoughtful data models for central data repository of fund data.
- Develop a solid understanding of the Alternative Investments Industry to help build APIs for the distribution of Alternative data internally and externally.
- Present, communicate, and work directly with the Executive Management team as needed and provide status updates of critical strategic implementations.
- Develop an understanding of the product and user needs to guide prioritization decisions.
- Drive usage and adoption of the product by finding solutions, which meet user needs and drive platform stickiness.Β
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, UX Design and Engineering, to write user stories and requirements documentation.Β
- Manage technical considerations, working closely with the Engineering team to deliver solutions to complex problems.Β
- Operate within an agile development framework.Β

Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional work experienceΒ
- Able to work with external and internal stakeholders directly, incorporating feedback to continuously improve our platform and data workflowsΒ
- Previous experience in financial services and/or financial technologyΒ working with large data sets; SQL experience is preferred
- Previous experience with APIs and Kafka is preferredΒ
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesΒ
- Excellent attention to detailΒ
- Able to drive various initiatives forward simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsΒ Β
- Self-starter and able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamΒ Β
- Able to build strong working relationships cross-functionally within the organizationΒ Β
- Proven ability to operate within the fast-paced nature of a growth companyΒ

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience.Β iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
