About the Role:

Agent product managers work directly with enterprise customers to build, test, deploy, and optimize AI agents. You own customer business outcomes. You also act as a bridge between our customers and our product/engineering team, using customer insights to shape our agent platform. This is ideal for those who want to drive real impact while balancing strategic and implementation work.

What you'll do

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents:

  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize AI agents for our customers

  • Collaborate with your corresponding engineer to build new features required to support your customer's specific use cases

• Engage with customers:

  • Understand customer's goals, workflows, and pain points

  • Prepare and present demonstrations of Zeus agents, including on-site at the customer

  • Act as strategic advisors

• Shape Zeus' product roadmap:

  • Share learnings with Zeus' product and engineering team to scope and implement new features

Your key qualifications

• Past role working directly with customers (founder, product manager, engagement manager, consultant)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Builder background (coding, excel, AI agents, low-code/no-code tools)

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (prompt engineering, tools, evals, RAG)

Bonus points

• AI agent building experience (experience with product development for AI agents a plus)

• Coding experience with React or Typescript

• MBA or equivalent professional experience (while this is a product management role, you will have the opportunity to lean into broader business roles).

• Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
